At Back2Work, we respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our Site, (the “Site”), and our customers who use our on-demand platform, tools and services offered on the Site (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect and use visitors’ and customers’ information as part of our Site and our Service.

1. Information You Provide

Back2Work collects information from our users at several different points on our Site and the Service in accordance to this privacy statement.

This General Information does not identify you personally. When you create your Back2Work account with us, you will be asked for certain Personal Information while completing the Registration Form

Registration Information may include your name, company’s name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and other information. While using the Service, you will be asked for additional Job and Profile Information.

1.2.2 Employees
Registration Information may include your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and other information about yourself for the purpose of completingCovid-19 screening assessments.

1.3 Email Information
When you send us email messages, we may retain the content of your email messages, together with your email address and our response to you.

1) Employers – we will disclose the information about the Covid-19 screening assessment all Employees. We will also use and disclose your Personal Information to notify you about important changes to the Site, the Service, or our business, new services, and special offers you may find valuable. By using the Site and the Service, you agree to receive this information from us.

2) Employees – we will disclose your Personal Information to your Employer for the sole purpose of assessing your Covid-19 status. We may also use and disclose your Personal Information to notify you about important changes to the Service. By using the Site, you agree to receive this information from us.

In addition, we may disclose your Personal Information;

1) if such disclosure is made to comply with the law or an order issued by a court or an authorized administrative agency, respond to a subpoena, legal process, warrant, court order, or to protect our rights or property, prevent a crime, or protect the personal safety or rights of others;

2) to our service providers, vendors, or other third parties for the purpose of providing services on our behalf, including, without limitation, customer service (help), credit card processing, information technology services, and hosting services;

3) as part of a merger or consolidation, or part of the sale of all or substantially all the stock or assets of the business to which the information pertains;

4) and as part of a disposition in a bankruptcy proceeding in a transaction approved by the bankruptcy court.

Please be aware that when you voluntarily display or distribute Personal Information on the Site and the Service or in other ways, that information can be collected and used by others. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. We cannot be responsible for Personal Information you voluntarily display, disclose, or distribute on the Site or in any other way.

3. Cookies

As is true with most web sites, Back2Work gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. Occasionally we may connect personal information to data gathered in our log files, as necessary to improve the Service to individual customers. Otherwise we mostly use this information with no connection to individual users, to analyse trends, administer the Site, or track usage of various features within the Site.

We are committed to protecting the security of your Information. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Even though we have taken and will continue to take steps to ensure that your Information is not intercepted, accessed, used, or disclosed by unauthorized persons, you should know that we cannot fully eliminate associated security risks. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Site and the information you post or access through the Site.

Except as described in this Policy, Back2Work will not give, sell, rent or loan any personal information to any third party. Back2Work may provide non-personal, summary or group statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal information.

6.1 Billing

Back2Work uses a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on Back2Work’s behalf.

6.2 Compelled Disclosure
We may disclose such information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We may also share such information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

7. Communications Preferences

Back2Work offers users who provide contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to support at Back2Work dot mobi. Users cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with Back2Work or the Services.

8. Changes to the Policy

Back2Work reserves the right to change this Privacy Statement. We will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Statement through our Site at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
