Back2Work is a WhatsApp chatbot to automate employee

How it works

 

1. Employee receives reminder & completes a health status questionnaire

 

  • Employees receive daily/ weekly/ monthly reminders via WhatsApp or SMS
  • By clicking on the link in the reminder message, an employee initiates the process in WhatsApp
  • On providing a valid employee number, the first question is delivered to the employee, who answers it by replying in the WhatsApp thread
  • Subsequent questions are sent to the employee, with their answers determining the relevant end step in the workflow

2. Self assessment data is collected, processed and crunched

 

  • Reporting templates are configured based on the organisation’s specific data points
  • Employee assessment data is stored incrementally throughout a user’s session
  • The collective self assessment data is processed to generate meaningful and useful data reports highlighting key risk areas for the organisation, identifying specific location and business unit hot spots 

3. Automatically generated reports are sent to predefined recipients

 

  • Relevant reports are sent to the people that need them in your organisation daily, weekly and/or monthly
                • All data report for a bird’s eye view across the organisation
                • Risk level reports (high, moderate, quarantine)
